Alexandrov Ensemble in the Czech Republic

Vadim Petrovich Anayev, the tenor soloist of the Russian Army Choir ?Alexandrov Ensemble?, sings solo part during a concert given in Loket, Czech Republic, 14 June 2009. Alexandrov Ensemble (established in 1928) is the official army choir of the Russian armed forces (Red Army). The ensemble consists of a male choir, a music orchestra and a dance ensemble. The music repertoire of Alexandrov Ensemble range from traditional Russian balalaika tunes to church hymns, Italian opera arias and pop music songs.
